KAYAKING TOURS
MANGROVE TOUR (MATAPALO)
This will be one of those tours you'll be talking about for a long time. This breathtaking 2-hour paddle through the mangroves will baffle your mind. The evolution and importance of mangroves will be brought to light in this little slice of untouched nature. Discover abundant wildlife and marvel at the stunning trees as you make your way through the mangrove maze. Don't miss out on this incredible adventure!
BRING: Light coloured clothing, hat, swim suit bottoms, towel, water, bug spray (deet free please), camera, a snack will be provided at the end but we suggest you have a snack before the tour begins.
DETAILS: We will leave Dominical at the time your tour says it starts (don't be late). The tour is approximately 4 hours in total with 2 of those spent paddling.

DETAILS: We will depart Dominical at 3:15, be on the water by 4:00ish after a safety briefing, off the water by 6:00ish and back in Dominical by 7:15 at the latest.

LAND BASED TOURS
HACIENDA BARU GUIDED HIKE
The Hacienda Baru is a hidden gem in the south pacific that many people never even hear about which keeps it a very special place to see the amazing flora and fauna of the south pacific. Situated on 330 hectares of tropical forest, you will come across some fascinating creatures. Monkeys, coatis, sloths, agoutis, armadillos and even peccaries are commonly spotted. With a bit of luck, you may spot traces of felines like ocelots or jaguars!.
We will enjoy 8km of trails with stops along the way to observe any wildlife we come across.
BRING: water bottle, hat, bug spray (deet free), camera, hiking shoes, camera, light coloured clothing.

WATERFALL TOUR
Join us on a full day of exploring some of the less visited waterfall the south pacific has to offer. We will begin our journey and head south to the stunning El Pavon where we can have a swim, slide down rocks and bathe in natural pools. From there we will head a little further north to Playa Ventanas for a short walk, photo op and snack. Once we're loaded up, we will head up for a short hike (through a river) to a series of swimming holes and a stunning hidden waterfall nestled in the forest. After another snack, we will visit another waterfall (group choice) where again, we can lounge, swim and explore how the river was formed over centuries. This tour departs at 8:15AM and we will be back in Dominical by sunset at the latest. We do provide 2 snacks throughout the day but encourage you to have a big breakfast prior to departure.
BRING: Comfortable Shoes/Sandals, light clothing, bathing suit, towel, hat, bug spray, a change of clothes, phone/camera, water, snacks and a dry bag in case the weather changes (we will have one for electronics should the skies open up).
